Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 15, 2025 | Last Updated: January 15, 2025
Welcome to Krelmoxin. By accessing or using our educational platform focused on AR/VR integration with game engines, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before participating in our programs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Krelmoxin's educational services, website, and related materials. When you register for our programs or use our platform, you're entering into a binding agreement with us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Check back regularly—we try to keep things transparent, but technology education moves fast and sometimes we need to adjust.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We'd rather have that conversation upfront than deal with misunderstandings later.
2. Educational Services and Enrollment
2.1 Program Participation
Krelmoxin offers educational programs in AR/VR development and game engine integration. Our courses run throughout the year, with major enrollment periods typically opening in late summer for autumn 2025 and winter programs extending into early 2026.
Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of our application process. We look for students who show genuine interest in the field—not just those chasing trends. Some programs have prerequisites or require portfolio submissions.
2.2 Program Completion and Outcomes
Completion of our programs requires meeting specific criteria including attendance, project submissions, and practical assessments. We provide comprehensive training and support, but success ultimately depends on your engagement and effort.
We don't promise job placement, specific income levels, or guaranteed career outcomes. The tech industry rewards skill and persistence, not certificates alone. What we offer is solid education and practical experience—the rest is up to you.
2.3 Payment and Refunds
Program fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. We offer various payment options, but all financial obligations must be settled before course completion certificates are issued.
Refund policies vary by program and timing. Generally, full refunds are available if you withdraw before the program start date. After that, refunds decrease on a sliding scale. Contact our support team for specific details about your situation.
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Don't share login information—it creates security issues and violates our policies.
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for legitimate educational purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to access restricted areas of our systems or other users' accounts
- Distributing course materials outside the platform without authorization
- Harassing instructors, staff, or other students through our communication channels
- Submitting work that isn't your own or misrepresenting your progress
- Using automated tools to scrape content or interfere with platform functionality
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts others' learning experience
Violations can result in account suspension or termination without refund. We've built a community of learners who respect each other—help us keep it that way.
3.2 Academic Integrity
Original work is expected for all assignments and projects. You can collaborate where explicitly permitted, but your submissions should reflect your own understanding and effort. The point is to learn, not just to complete checkboxes.
Using AI tools as learning aids is fine—we teach cutting-edge tech, after all. But submitting AI-generated work as your own defeats the purpose and won't prepare you for actual development work.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Our Content
All course materials, videos, documentation, code examples, and related content are owned by Krelmoxin or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access these materials for your personal educational use during your enrollment.
You cannot redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our course materials. Recording live sessions without permission is prohibited. We invest significant resources creating quality educational content—respect that investment.
4.2 Your Work
You retain ownership of projects you create during our programs. However, by submitting work through our platform, you grant us a license to use it for educational purposes, promotional materials, and showcasing student achievements.
We'll always credit you appropriately and won't use your work in ways that harm your interests. If you create something particularly impressive and we want to feature it prominently, we'll reach out for explicit permission.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes contact details, educational background, progress data, and technical information about how you use our platform.
Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union, and we comply with GDPR requirements. We don't sell personal information to third parties—your education journey is your business, not a commodity.
We may share anonymized data for research purposes or to improve our programs. Individual performance data stays confidential unless you authorize us to share it with potential employers or for other specific purposes.
6. Platform Access and Technical Requirements
6.1 System Requirements
AR/VR development requires capable hardware. Before enrolling, verify that your equipment meets the minimum specifications for your chosen program. We provide detailed technical requirements during the application process.
You're responsible for maintaining your own equipment and internet connection. We can't provide refunds or extensions for technical issues on your end, though we'll help troubleshoot when possible.
6.2 Platform Availability
We strive to maintain consistent platform availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance happens during off-peak hours when possible, with advance notice.
Occasionally unexpected issues occur—servers crash, software bugs emerge, or external services fail. We work quickly to resolve problems, but we're not liable for temporary unavailability or data loss. Back up your work regularly.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our educational services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to deliver quality education, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes, career advancement, or skill mastery for every individual.
The technology industry changes constantly. While we keep curriculum current, specific tools or techniques taught may become outdated. What we teach are foundational concepts and adaptable skills—not just current trends.
To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian and EU law, Krelmoxin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Croatian and EU law. If you believe we've failed to meet our obligations, contact us—we'll work to resolve issues fairly.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our platform integrates with various third-party tools and services for game engines, development environments, and collaboration tools. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
We're not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. When you click external links or use integrated tools, you're subject to their terms. Do your own due diligence when signing up for additional services.
Recommendations we make for tools or resources are based on educational value, not commercial relationships. We don't receive kickbacks for suggesting specific software or platforms.
9. Termination and Suspension
9.1 By You
You can terminate your enrollment according to the withdrawal procedures outlined in your program agreement. Financial implications depend on timing and program-specific policies.
Account closure requests should be submitted through our support system. We'll process your request within 15 business days and provide confirmation once complete.
9.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment. We prefer to resolve issues through communication, but serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.
If we terminate your account for cause, no refund is provided. If we discontinue a program before completion for reasons unrelated to your conduct, you'll receive a prorated refund or transfer option to alternative programs.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sisak, Croatia, unless EU consumer protection regulations provide you with additional rights.
Before pursuing legal action, contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved through honest conversation. If formal dispute resolution becomes necessary, we're open to mediation as a first step.
EU residents have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for resolving disputes related to online purchases and services.
11. General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and program-specific agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Krelmoxin regarding use of our services.
You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
12. Contact Information for Terms-Related Questions
Questions about these terms should be directed to our legal and compliance team. We respond to inquiries within 5 business days.
